Today is my birthday, A cat trapped in duct tape has lost all trust in humans

One day, a cat was found on the street with a piece of tape around its neck. The first person who saw the cat tried to rescue it but was unable to catch it because the cat was scared and kept running away from people.

A group of volunteers were therefore called in to assist in the rescue effort. When they arrived, they found the cat lying under a car and they decided to set a trap for it. Using a net, the volunteers caught the unfortunate animal. After catching the cat, the volunteers were horrified by its condition. The tape had been on its neck for months, resulting in severe injuries.

They quickly rushed it to the veterinary clinic and requested emergency assistance. It was obvious how much pain and suffering this cat had endured; the condition of its throat made me cry. The vet performed emergency surgery on the cat's neck, and afterward, the cat began to eat voraciously, seemingly trying to make up for lost time. Thanks to this, the wound healed faster than expected. The cat was later named "Valentine".

As a stray cat, Valentine was initially very afraid of humans. To help calm the cat, volunteers created a cardboard box similar to those found on the streets. Valentine liked the box so much that he spent quite a lot of time relaxing in it. After the volunteers found a permanent home for Valentine, things gradually changed for him.

He slowly began to interact with people. Many years have passed since that moment. Valentine, who had suffered a lot, was rescued by kind people and given a chance to start a new life. It warms my heart to see how happy this little cat is now.
